TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
Red wine with purple hues with great transparency. On the nose shows hint of red fruits, black cherry, wild strawberries, graphite and ethereal notes. On the mouth is warm and fresh with good structure. Tannins are strong and persistent. We recommend to open the bottle 30 minutes before tasting. The recommended serving temperature is 17-20°C accompanied with grilled farmyard animal dishes.
