La selezione dei vini Azienda Agricola Galasso comprende solo vini di alta qualità e sapore: da Divino Rosso Toscana IGT 2013 – vino rosso pieno e compatto con lievi riflessi porpora – a Bianco IGP Toscano “Raggio di Luna“ 2013 – tenue sfumature fruttate dove traspare la pesca  a polpa gialla e sentori di frutta tropicale di buona maturità – senza dimenticare Occhio di Pernice – Vinsanto del Chianti 2000 – morbido e vellutato al palato.

    TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

    Red wine with light purple hues. On the nose shows ethereal notes with hints of violet, plum, berries and fern. The pseudo-warm sensation is dominant, tannins and structure are good. We recommend to open the bottle 30 minutes before tasting. The recommended serving temperature is 18-20 accompanied with grilled meat and braised.

    TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

    Red wine with purple hues with great transparency. On the nose shows hint of red fruits, black cherry, wild strawberries, graphite and ethereal notes. On the mouth is warm and fresh with good structure. Tannins are strong and persistent. We recommend to open the bottle 30 minutes before tasting. The recommended serving temperature is 17-20°C accompanied with grilled farmyard animal dishes.

    Straw-yellow wine with golden hues. On the nose shows yellow peach and ripe tropical fruit. The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 c° accompanied with trout fillets in white sauce and risotto with vegetables.

    TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

    Amber-yellow wine with pinkish hues, on the nose shows hints of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. On the mouth is soft and velvety. We recommend to taste with cantucci and dry biscuits.
